• Developing creative social media concepts for well-known brands
• Planning, production and publication of content for TikTok, Instagram & Co.
• Identifying and implementing current trends, memes, and viral formats
• Creation of Reels, TikToks, Stories, and short-form content
• Working with AI tools for image, video, and content creation
• Shooting videos – sometimes behind the camera, sometimes in front of it
• Editing and post-production in CapCut and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Writing creative captions and developing new content formats
  Assisting with shootings, events, and productions

• You use Social Media and are very familiar with the different platforms
• You’re on TikTok, Instagram & Co. every day and know which trends, sounds, and memes are working right now
• You are creative and full of ideas and enjoy trying out new formats
• AI is a tool for you that you naturally integrate into your workflow
• You have experience with CapCut and ideally with the Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• A flair for good captions, storytelling, and community is an advantage
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and no hesitation about appearing in front of the camera yourself are advantageous
• You are open, communicative, extroverted and enjoy engaging with people
• You work independently, reliably, and actively contribute your own ideas
• You enjoy constantly learning new things and develop yourself
